Accommodation options via Confedent International

Special rates have been negotiated with different hotels in Helsinki for EUBS 2025 Conference attendees and you can only get these rates shown here directly via the registration form or booking via Confedent International after registration.

To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night's room rate is required and that is the amount you will pay during registration/booking. Reservations without a paid deposit cannot be confirmed. You will pay rest of the nights in person at the hotel and the deposit (that you already pay prior) will be deducted from the total hotel bill, that is to be settled at the hotel during check-in. If you want to pay the whole hotel stay prior, please contact us EUBS2025@confedent.fi before making a hotel reservation via the registration form (you still need to do the registration first). 

If you are paying against invoice, kindly note that your reservation is guaranteed only after we have received the deposit payment. You will receive a confirmation email after having completed your booking - reservation number is not needed as your room will be booked under your name at the hotel by us.

The hotel room rates include VAT and breakfast.
NOTE! Eurohostel room price does not include breakfast and there will be some daytime renovation going on during EUBS 2025. Breakfast is not available at all at the hostel during the renovations.

Rooms are reserved on a first come - first served basis. For late bookings, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Should you need to change a reservation already made, or if you need additional nights before or after the actual conference days, kindly contact us at EUBS2025@confedent.fi after making the initial registration to the conference.

Scandic Grand Marina

This comfortable hotel is located by the sea in the idyllic Katajanokka district, right next to the Market Square and Helsinki city centre. The hotel is located in a beautiful warehouse building from the early 1900s and features spacious rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and modern meeting rooms. Most of the rooms and lobby areas have recently been stylishly renovated.

NOTE! Rooms do not have their own personal bathrooms, but there are shared shower and toilet facilities (private shower cubicles) separately for both men and women on each floor. Room price does not include breakfast and there will be some daytime renovation going on during EUBS 2025. Breakfast is not available at all at the hostel during the renovations.
